I have a few pounds of these in my deep freezer from last year’s crop that we grew. I still have not convinced myself to take the first bite. We grow a nice variety of really hot peppers that I enjoy but I’m not eating those reapers.

My whole foods has these pretty regularly. For anyone wondering, they’re called carolina reaper ghost chiles because they used to have either reapers, ghosts or a combination in them. I haven’t seen any ghosts included for a long time though.
